Tine With The LORD!

Our ability to be still, to stay in peace with God really does take a lot of determination, yet it is a powerful place to be! Even if it seems like an impossible task, I want to en-courage you to do your best today.

Let the Holy Spirit direct your heart, to respond to whispers of His presence rather than the bombardment of the media, the sorrowful news on TV and the shouts of the world outside. Spend time to read the Word.

Pray This Prayer:

Good morning, Father,
In the stillness of the moment, I seek you LORD.
How I look forward to these precious moments with you.
Nothing at all compares to them.
This place with you becomes holy, time is forgotten, and the world slips away.
Father, you are close, and I am not afraid.
I receive your comfort and your power in this priceless solitude.
With you is the peace I lack.
With you is the rest I long for.
I refuse to be discouraged by the hard times.
I am not afraid because you will see me through!
In Jesus' name I pray.
