RENEW in the area of health & wellness, focuses on helping women and girls to be made whole, Spirit, Mind, Soul & Body by encouraging self-care management, using words of affirmation and in helping them to face life, health challenges, trials, adversity and whatever life throws at them. They are empowered through teachings, conferences, retreats, seminars, workshops, training and targeted empowerment.

RENEW focused programs names diseases, educate, facilitate & teaches on various areas of healing, health & wellness affects women & girls (and men). At RENEW, qualified special experts are brought in with expertise in their various fields to address & discuss the prevailing issues & problems facing women & girls. RENEW is spiritual, practical, biblically & holistic.

RENEW encourages practical self-care steps of actions that can be applied on a day to day basis to help in our journey of being made whole in Christ.
