RENEW, RECHARGE & REFRESH?
Believers, Pastors, ministry leaders, missionaries, evangelists, ministers, caregivers, and all of us who are disciples of Jesus need to learn from Jesus' example of establishing prayer intimacy with God. We do not always maintain that vital connection to God perfectly. Therefore all of us experience seasons where we feel spiritually dry & depleted.

Many of us run around with the good Word until we burn out, forgetting to slow down and forgetting to RENEW. A continual renewal in the Father's presence is necessary in order for us to RENEW, RECHARGE & REFRESH our Spirit, Mind, Soul & Body.
It is a compulsory spiritual requirement! Our soul is designed to be thirsty and hungry for God. It needs water & food from God, just as the physical body does. Hence Jesus made clear saying:
"I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.(John 6v35)

He also said: "I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world."(John 6v51)

The RENEW mountain retreat Focus?
The RENEW MOUNTAIN RETREAT focuses on helping participants to connect with God at the retreat. To empty themselves of all the stress, bother, anxiety, concerns and burdens that has saddled them all year long. At the time of the prayer meeting on the mountains, attendees are encouraged to exhale, purge themselves of worry & anxiety, get rid of their worldly concerns and immerse themselves in the ambience of God's presence. Each person is invited to refresh in Christ, renew their commitment to Him and do so in the company of believers and in the presence of God. It promises to be an amazing spiritual experience.

BIBLICAL BASIS:
Renew Mountain Retreat is based on spending time in the presence of the LORD in prayer like Jesus did. It is written: "And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God. And when it was day, he called unto him his disciples..." (Matthew 10v1-4/Mark 3v13-19)

THE THIRST:
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."(Matthew 28v11)

As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God? (Psalm 42v1-2)

O God, You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly; My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You, In a dry and weary land where there is no water. (Psalm 63v1)

HIS INVITATION:
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."(Matthew 28v11)

"Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost."(Isaiah 55v1)

"Then Jesus went with them to a place called Gethsemane, and he said to his disciples, "Sit here, while I go over there and pray." (Matthew 26v36-56)

"Prophesy to these bones and say to them, 'Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord!" (Ezekiel 37v4)

"For I will pour out water on the thirsty land and streams on the dry ground; I will pour out My Spirit on your offspring and My blessing on your descendants..." (Isaiah 44v3)

HIS RENEWAL:
A continual renewal is necessary in the presence of the Father to REFINE & REFRESH our spirit. A RENEW prayer time of revival on the mountain is like essential medcine, prescribed to restoring our souls. David wrote: "He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside quiet waters, He restores my soul..." (Psalm 23v2-3)

RETREAT leadership?
The RENEW mountain retreat is always led by gifted prayer leaders, pastors and anointed minsters. Together they lead all attendees/delegates into a time of prayer, reflection, restoration and renewing of their Spirit, Mind, Soul & Body for the way ahead.

RENEW Sunrise Breakfast?
Participants will gather together with their host prayer group and pastors for a unique sunrise breakfast time of breaking fast together daily, followed by a moment of praise & worship and a time of collective prayer before setting out. The sunrise breakfast session is a unique time of fellowship that is beneficial to the Spirit, Mind, Soul & Body. Participation is highly reccommended.

The room of last supper and the dormition abbey;
Visit to the Old City and walk through the Armenian and Jewish Quarter.
Visit to the recently excavated and restored Cardo - the Roman road.
Visiting the Western Wall-the holiest site in Judaism and one of the original walls that retained the Temple.
Visit to the Christian Quarter.and walk along the Via Dolorosa.
Visit to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher.

Visit to the Gardens of Gethsemane, where you will also find the Russian Visit to the Orthodox Church of Maria Magdalene.

Visit to the convent of Pater Noster, best known for it s extensive and largest cemetery facing Jerusalem along the western slopes, and believed to be the place from which God will begin to redeem the dead when the Messiah returns. Visit the Crusader church marked to be the Tomb of the Virgin Mary, the mother of Jesus.
Visit Yad Vashem, the memorial to the Holocaust,
Visit to Mount Hertzel cemetery;
Visit to the Knesset - Israel's parliament to see the Menorah with the biblical emblems.

RENEW Nutritional Clinic
